Hello, I start bodybuilding at home at home and I only have two adjustable 10 kg dumbbells. Which bodybuilding program do you recommend? "
The
program that will be given to you is very basic. Indeed, with two
dumbbells, you will be quite limited in the choice of exercises and
subsequently be quickly limited in your progress.
The
ideal would be to add to your equipment a straight bar with a few cast
iron washers to be able to diversify your training. But we will still
offer you a bodybuilding program with the equipment you currently have,
that is to say a kit of 2 dumbbells of 10kg.
The
bodybuilding site offers a full-body program, ideal for beginners. What
is full body training? Full Body consists in a bodybuilding workout to
work the whole body, that is to say all the large muscle groups, and
this 2 to 4 times a week. The full body is different from the split
where we divide and distribute the muscle groups over several sessions
during the week.
The
full-body program below can be done 2 to 3 times a week. There must be a
minimum day of rest between each session. All bodybuilding exercises
are listed in the exercises section of the site.
